Matcha Thickshake

Matcha is great for making ‘good’ sweets. Rich in Vitamin C. Great mid morning or afternoon beverage to get you started or keep you going!

  1. Whiz all ingredients in a blender till mixed. Serve in a tall glass.An interesting alternative:
  2. This may sound a little odd, but actually tastes really good – add 1 heap tsp of cinnamon powder in milkshake before whizzing. Taste great! Decorate with honey!
