Tea for Dad / Blokes

Father’s Day is just around the corner. While most dads may not complain about another round of socks and ties, we reckon it’s time to be a tiny bit more original in the gift-giving – why not treat your dad to some good tea?

Let’s explore the dad-tea matching:

According to http://www.betterhealth.vic.gov.au (Tea leaves and health – Better Health Channel):
Tea may slow down some cancers and reduce the risk of heart disease, but the research is not conclusive. The protective agents in tea seem to be a group of polyphenols, known as catechins. White and green tea, black tea and oolong tea all contain catechins.

Salina is a little tea crazy. Her first drink experiment was a green orange juice that she gave to his brother when she was 12. No sibling was harmed in the process, and though she failed chemistry as a school subject, she continues to love food and spend lots of time tea mixing.
